Principal
Jake Moha is the Principal of Veridane Real Estate Partners and leads the firm’s acquisition strategy, transaction sourcing, capital relationships and investment decision-making.
His background includes entrepreneurship, business development and exposure to real estate development through his family’s involvement in ground-up development.
That experience helped shape an investment approach centered on understanding the economics of an asset, identifying the variables that can materially affect an outcome and surrounding each transaction with appropriate specialized expertise.
